Sectional doors
Our sectional overhead doors are a fully insulated shutter, which guarantees high thermal performance so avoiding the cold bridging which occurs with traditional roller shutter doors.
The doors can be produced with or without windows, which can be installed in single or multiple panels depending on your preference and all windows are available in a variety of sizes.
The panels are manufactured from 0.5 mm hot dipped galvanised steel and the steel is supplied "v" grooved so as to increase its strength with T&G" joints to the top and bottom sections. Reinforcing strips are internally fixed to secure the roller carriers and hinges.
Our sectional doors are available with a variety of locking systems and RAL colours depending on your requirements.
CS75 – Galvansied steel shutter
This is our strongest and most common shutter, used for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications providing a high level of external security. Available as manual operation with bullet or centre lock, chain operation with pad lock or ground lock or electric with push button, key switch, remote control, loop detection.
240V tube motors or three phase industrial motors are available depending on your daily usage. The standard 22swg galvanised curtain is the more common option, however 20swg and 18swg are also available.
Installed with 65 mm galvanised guide as standard but available with guide sizes up to 100 mm wide. These shutters are provided in galvanised steel finish as standard however standard RAL colours are also available. Extras include wicket gates, 100 mm wind lock guide, Bottom rail rubber seals, guide seals, draft excluders.
